Firstly we like to visit our customers on a no-fees-paid basis to discuss their needs.

We follow this up with a proposed programme of development and support.

To ensure the very best solutions are provided, we maintain close contact with our customers.

We use modern reliable methods over the life of the project, which consists of the following stages:

  • Initial Meeting - we discuss your requirements with you, at no obligation to yourself.
  • Feasibility - we undertake a feasibility study to determine the most efficient, cost-effective solution to meet your needs.
  • Proposal - we provide you with a proposal detailing your requirements, our proposed solution, and timing and investment implications.
  • Design - using Rapid Application Design (RAD) methods, we produce a design of your software solution.
  • Build - once you have approved the design, we build the database's tables, forms and reports. Prototyping is used.
  • Testing - during and after construction, rigorous testing is applied to ensure quality.
  • Implementation - includes installation of the database onto your PC's and any uploading of historical data and integration with existing systems.
  • Training - full training in the use of the system is provided. In addition, user and technical documentation can be provided.
  • Support - on-going support is provided by telephone or e-mail, free for the first 30 days. We are available for any future enhancements, as your business needs change.

The above stages can be provided individually, if you so wish. For instance, we can do just a feasibility study, or complete a project which has been cut short.
